Postdoctoral Researcher Opening in the Nanoprobe Laboratory for Bio- & Nanotechnology and Biomimetics (NLB2) at the Ohio State University

A postdoctoral researcher position is available in the emerging field of biomimetics – Lotus effect (water repellent and self-cleaning structures). Project involves micro/nanofabrication and characterization and some modeling. For general background on the project, pl read a review article published in Philosophical Transactions of the Royal Society A 367, 1631-1672 (2009). Some knowledge of biomimetics and micro/nanofabrication is desirable.

Good written and communication skills are required. It is much easier to get work visa for people already in the US, therefore, preference will be given to anyone currently residing in the US.
